“Whom do men say that I am?”   Mark 8:27

We ought to be aware of the ways in which God opens the doors for us to share with others.  It will often come as a question, a topic or an obvious link to spiritual things.

Our primary focus ought to be on the character of Christ, or who He is, and not on what He can give to those who seek Him and need Him.

Our needs will be met in a measure during this life, but the focus of Christ is to reveal the character of God Himself.

Jesus asked His disciples who other people said that He was — and they gave him the opinion poll results.  Ultimately, however, the real question is “who do you say that I am?” (Mark 8:29)

Learning to share about who Jesus is – as Creator, Redeemer and  Savior, is imperative.  Jesus reveals to us who God the Father really is, that there is a God who created all and He desires a relationship with us on a personal level.

God, let us reveal you!
